Terms of Service

ReUpSEO is a Shopify-embedded app that provides AI-powered SEO optimization tools for e-commerce merchants. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Shopify store connection.

Access to the Service is authenticated via your Shopify admin credentials through Shopify's OAuth flow. You must ensure that your Shopify account credentials remain secure. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

ReUpSEO offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Business and Enterprise) billed through the Shopify Billing API. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on file. All charges are subject to Shopify's billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Usage limits reset on a rolling 30-day basis from the date of your installation or subscription activation. Unused credits do not roll over.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Panini Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access your Shopify store data solely to provide the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate or suggest content, including product descriptions, alt text, meta tags, and structured data. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or free from errors.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific SEO results will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReUpSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
